Meet Vivek
Vivek Pandit is a charisma coach, keynote speaker, entrepreneur, and Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree helping people become someone others naturally trust, respect, and gravitate toward.
He wasn't always charismatic.
Like many ambitious people, Vivek spent years believing success came from having the right answers, saying the right thing, and proving his value. He would replay conversations in his head, overanalyze interactions, and focus so much on what came next that he often missed what was happening in front of him. Through that journey, he discovered a simple truth:
People rarely struggle with competence. They struggle with connection.
That realization sparked an obsession with understanding human behavior, communication, leadership, and relationships.
